Return Eligibility Timeline:

• 0-7 Days: Returns initiated within 7 days of receiving your package are eligible for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags attached, and the original packing slip must be included.

• 8-14 Days: Returns initiated between 8-14 days of receiving your package are only eligible for store credit or exchange.

• Finality of Exchange: Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a refund or a second exchange.

 

Final Sale Items:

All sale items are final sale not eligible for return, refund, or exchange without the Re:do Protection at checkout. Re:do Protection is optional.

Re:do Protection:

With Re:do Protection: All items may be returned or exchanged. A USPS return label will be provided for free with no deductions.

Without Redo Protection: You can return regular priced items within 7 days for refund, 14 days for store credit, and label cost falls on the customer. Final Sale items typically will not be eligible for return.

 

Additional Terms:

• International orders are not eligible for refund at this time.

• We ship to the address provided at the time of order. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately.

• Unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

• You can still return discounted orders.

• 4% Restocking fee for refunds above $250
